Liver and Kidney Self-Care
Learn basic palpation of detox organs. Help drain your own liver and kidneys for internal cleansing. So easy, kids can learn how to do this. Very gentle manual therapy at the right spots is all you need to know. ​​​​
Lymphatic Drainage Series
Learn self-care methods of lymphatic drainage. Especially good for those suffering long-term effects of COVID-19, Lyme disease, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and other chronic health ailments.
